Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

You will work closely with functional leaders to develop hiring strategies, attract top talent, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple regions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize local sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to improve process efficiency and hiring quality.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services or technology.
  • Experience partnering with functional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals.
  • Skilled in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
