Senior Manager Infrastructure and Energy Origination

This is a key role that will play a crucial part in supporting the origination business within our team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing business unit focused on delivering world-class client relationships and executing new transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities on all aspects of transactions (identification, evaluation, origination, development and execution).
  • Make informed decisions on transactions by leveraging sound reasoning, industry insights and market trends.
  • Raise the profile of our leading infrastructure, energy and utilities in the marketplace.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members when required.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in corporate finance with a deep understanding of institutional banking, project and structured financing.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Excellent financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
