The Role:

As an In-Work Support Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting clients once they have secured employment. Your expertise will ensure the long-term sustainability of their placements.

  • Regularly contact and support all placed clients at least fortnightly;
  • Identify areas where additional training may be beneficial and facilitate this support accordingly;
  • Accurately track all placements and maintain up-to-date records;
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to both participants and employers to guarantee sustainable employment;
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and team members to maintain employment stability;
  • Assist in claim management and escalate any risks or concerns through appropriate channels;
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the process to our clients, employers, and partners.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles;
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals facing challenges;
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve successful placements that result in lasting employment for our clients and employers;
  • An unwavering commitment to our purpose: connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
  • A current driver's license.
