We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Career Transition Specialist to join our team. As a Career Transition Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to achieve work readiness and find sustainable employment.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will be based at one of our locations nationally where we deliver Employment Services Programs. You will be responsible for sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them identify their skills and abilities, and delivering outstanding customer service to both job seekers and employers.

You will also increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services, create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment, and build relationships with local employers and community organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers and connecting them with relevant businesses
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities, and providing guidance on how to secure employment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement
  • Increasing job seekers' employability through targeted training and support services
  • Creating and implementing individualized job plans to support job seekers in achieving their employment goals
  • Fostering strong relationships with local employers and community organizations to promote job opportunities and partnerships
