About the Role:

This is a critical role that will enable individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers. The successful candidate will work closely with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and connect them to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and source career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Promote inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Brocke work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License – essential
