Your Key Responsibilities
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers and facilitate connections between job seekers and potential employers
  • Collaborate with job seekers to identify their skills and strengths, and develop strategies to secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the employment journey
  • Provide training and support services to enhance job seekers' capacity for employment
  • Develop and implement joint job plans with job seekers, creating a clear pathway to employment and addressing any barriers or challenges
  • Nurture relationships with local employers and community organisations to maximise job opportunities for job seekers
