Career Transition Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training, advice and guidance to support individuals in transitioning back into work.
- Consult and assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program.
- Develop skills of participants to secure sustainable employment.
This is a flexible position based at our Fairfield office, with travel required between Punchbowl and Hurstville offices. You will work closely with Workforce Australia providers, promoting the benefits of the program and developing key relationships internally and externally.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need experience in training, careers counseling or Employment Services, as well as a strong knowledge of the local labour market and industry.
- Influencing, negotiation, time management and organisational skills are essential.
- A proven track record in achieving results, meeting KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service is required.
