Job Title

As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic objectives of our infrastructure and services department.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, ability to manage risk profiles, and implement innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive the execution of infrastructure strategic goals, focusing on minimizing risk, managing expenditure, and enhancing departmental value.
  2. Facility Management: Work autonomously and collaboratively with the national Facilities Management team to improve service quality, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with building and other statutory requirements, fostering a culture of safety.
  4. Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to policies, statutory obligations, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand and proactively meet stakeholder requirements, ensuring successful initiative rollouts and risk profile reduction.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor performance measures for contractor activities, ensuring service delivery aligns with forecasted results.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment managing facility management activities or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of building and fire safety compliance requirements.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
