IT Infrastructure Management Position

This is a key progression position in the IT infrastructure management team.
The successful applicant will be appointed to the Technical Operations Specialist role, with eligibility for progression to the Senior Technical Operations Specialist once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. The salary range reflects the classification requirements.
About the RoleAs the Technical Operations Specialist, the role involves contributing to the enhancement of student learning opportunities by managing and maintaining the school's information and communication technology (ICT) network services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and assistance on maximising the potential of IT operations within the school.
- Support the school community with technical advice, instruction and assistance with electronic equipment.
- Provide effective and efficient support to staff to resolve issues associated with student computers and iPads.
- Maintain accurate records related to the support of IT services.
- Communicate with various stakeholders on technical matters.
- Attach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees.
- Attach a 2-page written statement in response to the attached job description.
