We are seeking a qualified Senior Industrial Health Specialist to undertake industrial hygiene monitoring at our facilities.

About the Role:
  • Lead annual IH planning meetings as well as regular IH Asia and Corporate meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct IH monitoring in accordance with plan and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Implement respiratory protection programs, including fit testing and training in accordance with site plans to safeguard employee health.
  • Assist operations with management of respirators for staff and visitors to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify individuals requiring medical surveillance following corporate and legal guidelines to prioritize employee safety.
  • Implement medical surveillance programs including review of results to inform future decisions.
  • Coordinate vendors through the vendor management process to ensure efficient operations.
  • R etain records according to confidentiality requirements to maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate any ventilation risks and communicate with affected workers regarding monitoring results to foster a culture of transparency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3yrs experience in an Industrial Hygienist role with a strong track record of success.
  • Desirable Experience: degree with either certificate, diploma or postgraduate qualifications in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
  • Qualifications suitable for obtaining full membership to a professional body e.g. AIOH, SIA.
