This is a full-time permanent contract opportunity to be part of our Operational Compliance team.

The VIC Settlements Officer is responsible for the settlement risk associated with Projects capital expenditure program and reducing cancellation rates due to valuation variances with non-funded Homebuyers Boutique homes and minimising the financial and settlement risk exposure with the Medium Density pipeline.
- This role will ensure consistent risk reporting across all business pipelines and have carriage of the Customer Journey leading up to settlement on the high-risk files.- The VIC Settlements Officer will be responsible for overseeing the consistency of all finance processes, whilst liaising with all key stakeholders both internal and external. This role will include all clients, both Resolve and those with Own Finance.The role involves:

- Risk reporting across all business pipelines.
- Monitor financial milestones for Medium Density Customers
- Support the customer journey to settlement on high-risk files.
- Collaborate with sales teams, Development Managers and Resolve Brokers
- Liaise and negotiate with Developer Partners
- Training and finance guidance across Medium Density and Greenfields teams

**What can you bring? **Essential Previous experience Residential Finance process is essential.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of residential construction process
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and settlement risk
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management service skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong ability to work as a team player
- Ability to interpret plans and contracts
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of home finance, property settlements and insurance
