Job Title

This is a comprehensive recruitment position within our Health talent acquisition team. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will deliver end-to-end talent advisory services across various healthcare sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead proactive sourcing for healthcare roles and forecast talent needs to meet dynamic business objectives.
  2. Partner with leaders to develop impactful sourcing strategies, targeted attraction campaigns, and pipelines that drive recruitment success.
  3. Guide hiring managers through best practices, processes, and systems to streamline recruitment and elevate candidate experience.
  4. Ensure high levels of governance and compliance are maintained throughout the recruitment process.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals (Essential).
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting.
  • Strong understanding of governance, regulatory requirements, and clinical credentialing standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with changing priorities.
  • A passion for creating inclusive and memorable candidate experiences.
