Role summary

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in your career? Join our high-performing Permanent Division at Healthcare Australia (HCA), where you'll partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth
  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels
  • Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database
  • Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets
About you

We\'d love you to bring your recruitment experience and strong knowledge of healthcare/nursing and enjoy a role where you will have a mix of BD and great client delivery Previous experience driving to achieve targets will be key to your success.
