Role summary
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in your career?
Join our high-performing Permanent Division at Healthcare Australia (HCA), where you'll partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process.
You'll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth
Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels
Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database
Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets
About you
We\'d love you to bring your recruitment experience and strong knowledge of healthcare/nursing and enjoy a role where you will have a mix of BD and great client delivery
Previous experience driving to achieve targets will be key to your success.
