**About the role**

Reporting to the** National Aged and Health Care Manager**, you will be part of a supportive team within an organisation with an enviable collaborative culture. You will be based in Blackburn in Victoria and responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process and ensure that new talent coming onboard has the same person-centred focus.

Day to day your key responsibilities will consist of, not limited to:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, screening, interviewing, conducting all pre-employment checks
- Continuous improvement, streamlining and automating processes and meeting compliance requirements
- Timely and effective management of requisitions

**About you and what you need**
- 3 to 5 years' experience recruiting in the health and/or aged care industry or experience in the social or disability sector
- Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Human resources, Psychology or associated discipline (desired but not mandatory)
- You have a solid customer experience bias and are results driven, being creative and innovative compliments your advanced computer systems and administration skills
- Eye for detail and highly organised
- You will have knowledge and experience working with Modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Can provide 2 professional references
- Current police check
- Evidence of Citizenship or full working rights
