About the Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our team.

">

This position reports directly to the Finance Lead and offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid WFH/office options.

  • ">
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and period-end transactional activities, as well as internal and external customer queries.">
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and finance management to meet output objectives.">
  • Manage and respond to queries coming into the Finance inbox, assign incoming invoices for processing, and assist with managing issues with complex supplier accounts/reconciliations or escalations from the business, other teams, or suppliers.">
  • Support the offshore AP team with process queries, manage non-PO and urgent invoice processing (low volume), and liaise with vendor master and procurement teams to resolve process bottlenecks.">
  • Be the local point of contact for expense management and provide support to the business, offshore teams, and Amex.
">Your Skills and Qualifications">

Demonstrable experience and ownership of a wide range of AP end-to-end processes.

">

Ability to ensure compliance to policy while still being flexible within approval boundaries.

">

Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.

">

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook).

">

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and dynamic processes.

Excellent customer service skills.
