Description

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and forecast daily cash inflows and outflows, providing timely and accurate reports to management.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and ledger closures.
  • Manage accounts receivable performance metrics, including debtor days, dispute resolution, and bad debt write-offs.
  • Drive system and process improvements in accounts receivable and treasury functions.
  • Foster internal and external stakeholder satisfaction and clear communication.

Requirements

">Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree-qualified with 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in treasury management, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience with small finance teams.
  • High accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable best practices and credit control.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
