Lead Treasury and AR Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day treasury and cash management functions, as well as lead the accounts receivable team.

About the Role

This role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, strong cash control, and effective stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily cash monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to management
  • Leading and mentoring the AR team; ensuring timely invoicing and collections
  • Preparing weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and ledger closures
  • Managing AR performance metrics including debtor days, dispute resolution, and bad debt write-offs
  • Driving system and process improvements in AR and treasury functions
  • Ensuring compliance with audit, safety, and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a degree qualification and 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They will possess strong skills in treasury management, forecasting, and cash flow reporting, as well as proven leadership experience with small finance teams. Additionally, they will have high accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and reporting, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of AR best practices and credit control.
