Job Overview

We are looking for a leader to oversee the delivery of our Inclusive Employment program, focusing on disability employment services. The successful candidate will lead frontline service delivery, supervise staff, engage with employers, and ensure compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the program requirements, and a commitment to recovery-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employer engagement at allocated sites, ensuring workplaces meet safety requirements and apply relevant Award conditions and pay to participants.
  • Develop and monitor the performance of other staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post-placement support, and all program requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support to lower or similar classified employees.
  • Deliver IEA program services that are recovery-focused and strengths-based.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification related to the IEA program delivery (recognized by Flourish Australia).
  • At least 3 years' experience working in disability services, preferably in Disability Employment Services, Inclusive Employment Australia, or similar programs.
  • Strong commitment to recovery-based practice.
  • Excellent knowledge of the IEA program requirements.
  • Understanding of challenges faced by people with lived mental health experience.
  • Experience in supervising staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data information management systems.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
