**We're looking for**:
We are currently looking for **two Team Leaders **who really want to make a difference and deliver quality care to clients.

**Your core responsibilities will be**:

- Providing leadership and support to Community Support Workers
- Ensuring the team deliver quality person-centred care to clients
- Promoting a collaborative and cooperative working environment for employees
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be a good communicator - both verbally and in writing. We believe that communication is key to our success, and we want to work with people who are able to clearly articulate their priorities.
- Have high attention to detail. Our clients are the center of our world, and we want to work with people who are capable of spinning many balls, but manage to drop none.
- Be a positive and collaborative team player. We are a close-knit team, and work hard to foster a positive and collegiate working environment.
- Excellent time management skills. At allcare, we use data to ensure that our workforce is operating as effectively as possible.
