About the Role

ARN Australia is seeking an experienced Campaign Coordinator to join their team in creating and executing innovative promotional campaigns.

This role will involve working closely with the Promotions Manager to develop and implement campaigns that achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings, and meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Briefing, project management, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Promotions Team as required
  • Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates and post-campaign reporting
  • Prize winner management
  • Supporting the design, build, and management of content and commercial initiatives from inception to activation, including go-to-market assets
  • Coordinating station events (including run sheets, key messaging, site-checks, and other event collateral) and live crosses where required
About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously
  • Social media experience (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus
