Job Description: Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our supportive team at our Townsville depot. If you enjoy organizing, coordinating, and providing excellent customer service, this opportunity will enable you to shine and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.


The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Working closely with suppliers to manage pricing, delivery timelines, and purchase orders for seamless operations.
  • Overseeing stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory, and conducting regular checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Maintaining our stock and equipment database, ensuring data integrity and efficient operations within business systems.
  • Managing deliveries, inspecting incoming goods, and maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Fostering positive relationships with field crews, clients, and contractors, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensuring the safe operation of mobile plant and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and work method statements.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in warehousing, stock control, and purchasing, with confidence in using forklifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your team, clients, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, open to change when needed.
  • The ability to work independently as part of a team, maintaining a strong focus on safety.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License (MR+ License is a plus).
  • A High-Risk Work License – Forklift (essential), Dogman (desirable).

Salary Estimate

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
