Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant. This role will involve delivering holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in their recovery and achieve independence at work and home.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation, with excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, the successful applicant will be proud of a job well-done and willing to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services in line with scope of practice, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, advice on job modifications, and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments.
  • Participate in medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
  • Support needs assessments and develop comprehensive plans to facilitate worker's return to work.
Requirements:
  • Full registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Able to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
