The Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.

This role is a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get into the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Managing and motivating a team
  • Working within the annual business plan and achieving budgets
  • Assisting the CGM in implementing an annual sales and marketing plan
  • Creating business opportunities with the local corporate market
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members
  • Assisting the CGM in implementing retention programs
  • Delivering an exceptional product to our members

You must:

  • Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
  • Have management experience (essential)
  • Be results-driven
  • Have experience managing staff and budgets
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • Sales management experience
