Key Responsibilities:

About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in specifications administration, new product development, quality assurance, technical operations, or food legislation, with a background in the food industry and application of food science knowledge.
  • Food Science Knowledge: Good understanding of food ingredients, additives, and regulations to support ingredient specification and apply food science principles.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with food regulations and experience with food legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrates a proactive attitude, takes accountability for actions, and maintains a customer-focused approach.
  • Operational Skills: Possesses exceptional organizational and computer skills, with the ability to work under pressure and balance risk and reward.
