Job SummaryThe Specialist Regulatory TechInfo role is responsible for the execution of regulatory compliance pertaining to products manufactured and sold in Australia. This role reports into the Senior Manager, ANZ Indonesia Regulatory Affairs Team Lead. It is a part time role based at the Dandenong South site.
Job Description
- Completion of routine external customer documentation e.g. AFGCs, Other questionnaires, any other miscellaneous document requests.
- Review, analysis and appropriate action of non routine customer requests
- Knowledge and understanding of regulations relevant to the specific role performed and pertaining to country, customer and IFF general flavour business.
- Review, analysis and appropriate action of all internal customer requests received.
- Participation in specific internal projects relevant to daily work
- Participation in team communication, team sharing exercises and general team support.
- Completion of local and other customer AFGC documents (Australian Food & Grocery Council) and per FSANZ regulations.
- Completion of other customer standard documents specifically those for GKAs: Global Key account customers.
- Provide other customer required documentation as required and necessary e.g. Food safety, Packaging, Production information and any other miscellaneous information requested.
- Provide customer & commercial assistance with various matters that require conf calls & meetings.
- Manage customer specification, reviews and approvals.
- Conduct reviews of new and replacement materials including local and global vendors.
- Actively participate in and facilitate inter-departmental and cross functional activities.
