Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and creating practical tools and processes to support Digital initiatives
  • Providing oversight review of Digital initiatives benefits and proposed benefits
  • Developing innovative and cost-effective assessment and reporting tools to measure initiative benefits delivery
  • Collaborating with project leads, stakeholders, and change agents to oversee readiness and change management processes

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, and/or Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience of guiding and coaching sponsors and benefit owners through benefit realisation end-to-end lifecycle of activities
  • Extensive knowledge of benefit realisation frameworks and the practical application, including benefit analysis
