About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of up to 70 clients, ensuring their needs are met through personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of support workers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage client data, and ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Sales and Commission: Identify new business opportunities and earn commission for each new client acquisition.
Requirements
  • Must be an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Must have AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia.
  • Understanding of Homecare Packages and previous experience in home care.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a knack for building relationships.
