We're seeking a skilled Gaming Supervisor to lead our gaming team in a fast-paced environment. As a key adviser to the Gaming Manager and Gaming Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing the gaming team, ensuring consistency and accuracy in performance management, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop the gaming team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Gaming Manager and Gaming Operations Manager to implement strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, and maintain a high level of compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement harm minimisation strategies and procedures to promote a safe and responsible gaming environment.

About You:

  • Hold a current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role, with a strong understanding of gaming floor operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across a range of cultures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
