Animal Health Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Study Manager to lead clinical studies involving companion and/or farm animals. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting animal welfare.
This contract position is based on-site in Kemps Creek, Western Sydney. As a Study Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-performing R&D team developing new animal health products for global and ANZ markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop protocols and reports as Investigator and/or Study Director in GxP studies, collaborating with global teams.
- Manage field and lab studies in livestock and companion animals.
- Collaborate with external parties and oversee disease model implementation.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and animal welfare standards.
- Contribute to resource planning, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field (veterinary medicine preferred).
- Prior experience in research and/or development, ideally in animal health.
- Strong scientific/technical writing and effective time management skills.
- Minimal travel required.
- Flexible working hours may be needed.
- Driver's license required.
