The Role:

Covetrus is a global animal health technology and services company dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine.

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued veterinary customers. You will manage client queries, provide expert advice, and handle calls with professionalism, as well as process orders using administrative skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer calls to address general product inquiries
  • Ensuring all client requests and orders are completed in accordance with established procedures
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately managing and maintaining client records within systems aligned to company standards
  • Demonstrating expertise in veterinary products to support clients

About You:

  • You should have experience in Animal Health or Veterinary Practice, or relevant training and knowledge
  • Superior customer service skills and experience in a high-service delivery model
  • Strong administration, data entry, and order processing abilities
  • Excellent communication, phone manner, and written correspondence
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and complete follow-up tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability
