Key to success in animation production lies in seamless collaboration and effective workflow management. To achieve this, we're seeking a seasoned Production Coordinator who will serve as a liaison between the production team, department leads, and artists.

About the Role

This is a key position responsible for providing day-to-day support, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow across the team. As a Production Coordinator, you will build and maintain daily floor schedules in collaboration with Production and Craft Supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date task statuses within your team and provide timely reports.
  • Work towards agreed targets set by the Production Supervisor and priorities set by the Production Manager.
  • Prepare weekly summary reports highlighting team progress, achievements, and challenges.

Your primary focus will be on tracking progress, facilitating daily workflows and deliverables, and maintaining a department floor schedule. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and creative environment, this role may be perfect for you.
