We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and assisting with production needs in our animation and game development departments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about project coordination and management. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Assist in planning and maintaining schedules for production and post-production teams">
  • Coordinate the transfer, setup, and organization of production assets, files, and tasks">
  • Break down episode animatics into animation and shot lists">
  • Set up and verify layout and animation shots in our render engine (Unreal Engine)">
  • Problem-solve and coordinate the fix of problem assets/shots/files">
  • Attend production meetings, take notes, and generate accurate tasks based on meeting notes">
  • Coordinate the flow of information and direction from supervisors and directors to ensure departments are working towards the same goal">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in coordinating or managing a project in the 3D animation/game development space">
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think independently">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills">
  • Strong problem-solving skills">
  • A moderate understanding of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine">
  • People management and conflict resolution experience">
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment">
  • Initiative and a desire to improve efficiency and workflow">
