Nighttime Accommodations Coordinator

This role requires a warm and professional approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the night. As an Overnight Hospitality Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and room service with a genuine smile.
Responsibilities include performing nightly cash reconciliations, generating occupancy and revenue reports, and managing emails, phone calls, and urgent requests. You will also need to monitor and restock supplies for minibars, breakfast service, and bar fridges as needed.
Qualifications- Previous experience in front office or reception roles is highly regarded.
- Availability to work a rotating roster of overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM is essential.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred, or strong general computer skills.
