We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Overnight Customer Experience Specialist. As part of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service/operations roles and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.


Key responsibilities include conducting nightly audits to ensure financial transactions are accurate and complete, managing night shift operations to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest account accuracy, and ensuring security and safety by monitoring CCTV systems.


Additionally, the successful applicant will assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservations and processing payments, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between shifts.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/operations roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, managing competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) and Police Check upon appointment.
