Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the P&C team, including responding to enquiries, processing payroll, and preparing correspondence.
  • Monitor and triage the shared payroll mail inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee variations.
  • Process employee variations, including changes to employment, pay rates, job titles, restructures, and org changes.
  • Respond to queries and escalate where required, ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure HRIS, on and off boarding systems, and processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Manage anniversary and reward and recognition processes and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and systems.
  • Liaise with third-party payroll providers to follow up on queries.
  • Prepare monthly payroll tax payments.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
