Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the P&C team, including responding to enquiries, payroll processing, and correspondence preparation.
- Monitor and triage the shared payroll mail inbox.
- Process employee variations, including changes to employment, pay rates, job titles, and org changes.
- Ensure HRIS, onboarding systems, and processes are accurate and compliant.
- Liaise with third-party payroll providers to follow up on queries.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
