Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the P&C team, including responding to enquiries, payroll processing, and correspondence preparation.
  • Monitor and triage the shared payroll mail inbox.
  • Process employee variations, including changes to employment, pay rates, job titles, and org changes.
  • Ensure HRIS, onboarding systems, and processes are accurate and compliant.
  • Liaise with third-party payroll providers to follow up on queries.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
