Support elderly individuals in maintaining independence and overall well-being. Provide personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and companionship. Assist with household chores and engaging activities. Monitor health and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support.
- Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
- Knowledge of person-centred care principles and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
