About The JobWe seek dedicated individuals to provide care and support to clients in the Gold Coast region. Aged care or disability support experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Organise inclusive social and recreational activities to enhance overall well-being.
- Monitor health and medication, offering emotional support as needed.
- Provide personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and companionship.
- Assist with household chores and engaging activities.
- Accompany clients for grocery shopping and errands.
- Monitor clients' health and promptly report any issues to healthcare professionals.
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid National Police Check.
- Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card/Orientation Module.
