We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact on people's lives and work in a fulfilling career.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to elderly individuals in their own homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living activities
- Assist clients with medication management and administration
- Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service planning and delivery
- Passion for caring for older Australians
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in elderly care
- Current Federal Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Certification in either Cert III in a community service environment, Cert III in aged care, or Cert III in disability
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Driver's license
- Valid work visa (if applicable)
