Key Responsibilities

The Director of Student Development provides leadership and oversight for Years K-6. An effective educator who models a strong commitment to Christian Education is essential for this role.

This position requires relevant tertiary qualifications, NESA teacher accreditation, and an open affirmation of the Christian faith. The successful applicant will lead the implementation of our Teaching and Learning Framework, focusing on High Impact Teaching Strategies.

Key requirements include:

  • A demonstrated ability to use technology and data in the learning process
  • An understanding of student wellbeing and Child Safe Standards
  • A commitment to ongoing personal professional development and best practice
