Job DescriptionThe Director of Student Learning and Development is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the junior school curriculum, student management, administrative, and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-impact teaching strategies aligned with the school's Teaching and Learning Framework
- Lead the implementation of a Christ-centered and Bible-based curriculum that enables students to learn from a Christian perspective
- Maintain effective relationships with staff, parents, and students to ensure a positive learning environment
- Cultivate a culture of excellence in education, focusing on student wellbeing and academic achievement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA teacher accreditation
- A commitment to Christian Education and a demonstrated ability to model Christian values
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the co-curricular life of the school
