Our client is a well-respected family business with a growing team of 50. They supply to a range of clients and chances are, if you don't have their product in your backyard, you would have absolutely come across it in your travels around WA, - they really have the market cornered. Based in the tranquil Jarrahdale/Serpentine area, your daily commute will be a breeze.
**WHAT AM I GETTING MYSELF INTO?**

Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers on arrival
- Promptly answering phone enquiries and assisting as required or directing to the appropriate person
- Updating clients via phone on delivery ETAs for next day orders
- Reviewing order forms and accurately entering the data into the CRM
- Archiving of records as required
- Checking stationary and cleaning supplies and ordering stock as required
- Entering invoices into MYOB
**THE NITTY GRITTY**
We hope we have made it clear, strong customer service skills are a must. You have to have an excellent phone manner, and be well-presented and professional.
We are also looking for:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher)
- Valid, unrestricted C-Class driver's licence and reliable car *there are no public transport options available
- Minimum three covid vaccinations
