Say goodbye to peak hour traffic and hello to the open fields of grass and nature Based in the far southern suburbs of Perth, our client is a medium-sized, family-owned business. With a reputation that precedes them, there's no need to chase sales here. This is a functional and happy work environment, where everyone chips in to get the job done.

Management are delightful, and the staff are loyal. You will find most people will stay with this business for a long time (most have been around for 10 to 15 years), so they must be doing something right

**WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE?**

You are the ultimate busy bee This role will have you floating between both the sales and administration team. For the sales team, you will be responsible for taking phone call inquiries, preparing quotes and following up. For the admin team, you will pick up from quote acceptance. That is, processing orders, preparing delivery packs, and contacting customers ahead of delivery.

Your days and weeks will be structured, however there may be the occasional need to switch teams with little notice to cover unexpected leave or peak periods.

You will also be required to work every third Saturday for 5 to 6 hours and will receive a day off during the week to compensate this.

We are looking for an emotionally intelligent and understanding person, who will become invested in the business and want to see it flourish; someone who wants to become "part of the family".

You must have experience in administration and sales. We are also seeking someone with a strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You also must have a driver's license.
