**Job Overview:**

As a senior leader, you will direct the Identity team to ensure seamless and secure user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project delivery and service transition.
  • Enhance the availability and reliability of directory and identity management systems.
  • Ensure the availability of critical services through effective capacity planning and business continuity support.
  • Optimize service operations across IT frameworks.

**Requirements:

  • Experience as a team lead in designing and configuring identity platforms with expertise in Entra, Active Directory & Azure AD, Azure MFA, Office 365, mail filtering solutions, and file storage.
  • Advanced working knowledge of operating system protocols, platform services, and system design.
  • Proven ability to implement automation and orchestration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and DevOps processes and relevant service operations tools.
