We are seeking a Chief Technical Operations Director to lead our IT team and ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions. Our ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in technical operations, with expertise in Linux systems, team management, and SQL skills.

The role involves planning, budgeting, and implementing IT systems to meet business needs, as well as managing third-party support services and monitoring data visibility for warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of two IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Day-to-day IT support for the business, including networking, PC installation and maintenance, user accounts, and more.
  • Managing IT systems for distribution centres, ensuring efficient operations.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and planning skills, flexibility to travel interstate, and experience working with Jump Cloud and Cloudstrike for security.
