Customer Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Customer Experience Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact Centre Operations: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner.
  • Lead Qualification: Pre-qualify all leads to ensure first-time right practice.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Arrange appointments for Customer Experience Specialists in-store.
  • Customer Enquiries: Action customer enquiries in a timely manner adhering to service levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products, and services.
  • Data Entry: Ensure attention to detail and adherence to set standards and instructions in entering customer information.
