About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engineering Manager to lead our technology function.

- Leading the technology function, ensuring stability of current systems while building a next-generation fintech platform.
- Being hands-on in coding (approx. 25% of the time) to prototype, guide best practices, and solve complex challenges.
- Driving the re-platforming program using modern architectures and AI-assisted development.
- Growing, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborating with product and commercial leaders to deliver scalable, market-leading solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with proven leadership in B2B SaaS platform development (fintech or financial services highly regarded).
- A technical leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves—comfortable both setting direction and contributing code.
- Expertise across .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern development frameworks.
- A track record of leveraging AI in development and prototyping solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a commercial environment.
- Agile delivery expertise and ability to manage external service providers.
