Job Overview

The Technical Leadership Director will spearhead a high-performing team of engineers, driving the design, development, and deployment of features and functionality that meet customer needs.

This role requires an exceptional leader with extensive experience and a record of achievements, having led teams specialising in Python, Django, and Angular. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who understands technology while keeping an eye on the overall engineering landscape and objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to lead, mentor, and further develop a team of engineers
  • Design, develop, and deploy features and functionality that meet customer needs
  • Spearhead the architectural vision and strategy of the organisation
  • Ensure the engineering team remains up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Deliver specific corporate objectives aligned with the vision, mission, values, goals, and strategies of the organisation

The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-growth, well-funded Fintech with a growing international presence. They will be excited to work in a dynamic environment using pioneering technologies in collaboration with a high-calibre team.
