Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. With a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in customers' lives.

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-practice strategies across various channels, attracting values-aligned customers and supporting business growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to support brand and product initiatives.
  • Ensure seasonal messaging and budget alignment across creative assets.
  • Manage media partnerships and explore new channels and creative approaches to drive quality traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Maintain industry trend awareness and apply insights to enhance media strategy, creative execution, and campaign relevance.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications, with strong experience in digital marketing and media buying.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing complex digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills, including A/B testing and use of MMM tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
